EMC Mortgage is very hard to get along with and they shield their supervisors/managers also. I pay my mortgage on line. When I made my September payment it seems that EMC took double the payment I designated for both first and second mortgages. After 5 days of sending
bank statements and explanations to at least 5 different people I finally have received a check for my money they tried to keep. Well that's not all, Now I find out that EMC is charging me a late fee and they have reported to the
credit bureaus that I was late on my payments. Yeah maybe so, but it was due to their CareNet problem. I will not be using
electronic payments any longer with these people. Paper
checks in the mail will be good enough for them. Also I am very tempted to quit claim the house and let them take it. I'll take the loss off my income tax. my
Accountant will be the deciding factor on that one

EMC took four payment out of my checking account. two payments were returned and two were kept my checking account is mistub due to emc's mistake. I whant my account to get fix. All of the fees that were charge to my account due to nsf on my account need to we wave.

we have had problems with EMC to the say we owe fees we are letting them have the place we can't paying for it anyway any more the const. is bad here in Ga.

i have a direct line to a EMC Manager in the foreclosure department if interested
i too had a terrible history with these dumb*****. home went into foreclosure finally after getting behind with no cooperation from the work out loan dept. we even had a buyer on the house during foreclosure but they dragged their feet in getting the necessary paper work to complete the transaction that finally the potential buyers backed out. Lost the home and all my equity in it.

This has happened to me also. I have been trying to get a real person on the phone with me to resolve this problem and their phone line is hanging up on me!
