Making Payment Arrangement & EMC Dumb auto-dialer

I placed a phone call to make payment arrangements(on a 1 month behind payment)with one of EMC' scustomer service representatives to have payment taken out on May 2nd. The representative then noted it the arrangement in their system. Then a couple of days later someone calls and harrasses my husband. My husband had told that representative that I called &had already made arrangements. My husband then told me to call them back in which I did. And another representative by the name Cindy said that their system automatically dials the customer if their account is behind and payment is not set up on "check pay". We were going to call the day(May 2nd) we made the arrangement, but the thing that bugs me is that even after we spoke to a live personand made payment arrangements and it is already noted it in their system, they claim they can't do anything to prevent their auto dialer from those customers who are behind payments even after they made arrangements and representative has noted it in their system! I shouldn't have to repeat myself everytime they call and say, "we already made payment arrangements!" Everytime their system automatically dials. And we are NOT tape recorders either! I must say that EMC auto dialer is "garbage in..garbage out" crap! This is nonsense bullcrap harrassing the customer even after the customer has made payment arrangements and after the representatives have already noted it in their system. These representatives should read their notes first before wasting their time calling customers who promised to make payments on date promised.
As for whoever idea this was for autodialer to constantly harrass customers with phone calls even after they made payment arrangements and noted in your system, may your system CRASH! Maybe you will think about moving on to other customers who have NOT MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS and while you're at it... GET A LIFE! You know if you won't stop calling the customers, then you might get CUSSED OUT!! MAYBE they will say something to really insult you and your MOMMA(who may possibly say that she is an OLD HAG!) and really piss you off! HA!
